The company stays anonymous
You see a teaser: sector, country, stage, key figures, funding need. Never the legal name, never the pitch deck, until the company has chosen to reply to you.
Your profile is checked before publication
No profile enters the directory or the filter without a completeness and authenticity check: the fields are filled in and the account genuinely represents the organisation it claims. This is not a purchased address list.

By requesting contact on a file, you see the other investors who requested it and they see you. You talk directly; the platform puts no round together.

- Is the service paid for an investor?
- No. Creating your profile, the filter and the email notifications are all free. Only tailored support from the GJO & Partners firm (structuring, investment committee preparation) is a separate engagement, billed on fixed fees and never by reference to a transaction concluded.
- How many files will I see?
- The platform is still building its flow: we promise no volume. Creating your profile now means being in place when files arrive, not browsing an existing stock. You will only ever be notified on what genuinely falls within your criteria; a file outside them is never shown to you.
- Who checks my profile, and how long does it take?
- A completeness and authenticity check, within 2 business days. Until it is published, your profile appears neither in the directory nor in the filter, and triggers no notification.
- What triggers an email notification?
- A published file that enters your criteria on all four axes at once: sector, ticket, country, instrument. Files are grouped into a single daily email, written as a publication notice, and you can switch notifications off at any time from your profile.
- My fund is already in the directory. What should I do?
- Claim its profile from its public page. Once your affiliation is verified, you take control: you adjust your criteria, and both the filter and the notifications follow them.
- What does the company see of me?
- Nothing, until you request contact. When you do, the company sees your name, organisation and email, and alone decides whether to reply. The other investors who requested contact on the same file also see your name.
- Is Invest Matching a financial intermediary?
- No. Invest Matching is a publishing and communication tool published by GJO&PARTNERS LTD, which is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. The platform does not advise, recommend, negotiate or take anything on transactions. It is not directed at persons located in the United Kingdom, other than investment professionals and high net worth companies (articles 19 and 49 of the Financial Promotion Order): a fund or institution based in London can therefore open an account. What you do with a file is your own decision and your own analysis.
